Andover Wellness and Counseling, PLLC is always looking for amazing clinicians to add to our team. We accept licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. We only accept clinicians licensed or pre-licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Licensed Clinicians

Competitive Splits

We offer a tiered reimbursement system for all clinicians. Licensed clinicians can expect to earn $50-$115 per session. AWC pays weekly.

Administrative Support

AWC handles all billing, marketing, case consultations, insurance paneling, insurance denials, client payments, referrals and more.

Extras

As a contractor you decide your caseload, clientele, hours, assessments, notes and full clinical autonomy. AWC provides stipends for health insurance, retirement, childcare, student loans.

Pre-Licensed Clinicians

Pre-Licensed Clinicians receive many of the same great benefits of being in private practice as independently licensed clinicians. In addition they receive clinical supervision from LMHCs (we do not have LICSW supervisors at this time), additional support with learning the administrative side of private practice if desired. Pre-licensed clinicians can expect to earn $40-$75 per session.
At this time stipends are not available for pre-licensed clinicians.

Co-working Space

AWC offers shared office space for any wellness professionals. AWC has 4 private offices, two of which are spacious enough to hold massage tables (massage table can be supplied at no additional cost) and small groups. AWC also offers a shared play therapy/art therapy room with all supplies provided. We have nicely appointed waiting area, kitchenette, and 3 in office restrooms. Rent for the spaces are flexible to meet your financial needs, and everything is included in the rent (internet, water, electric, furnishing, supplies etc.). AWC is an ideal space for counselors, coaches, energy workers, nutrionist, acupuncturist, etc.

Co-working Rent

Hourly

$20

AWC offers flexible hourly rate of $30 per hour the office is in use. There is no commitment and payments are made the day of use.

Daily

$60 (4 hours morning or afternoon)

$100 (8 hours)

For weekly rates AWC offers a discount. Like the hourly rate there is no commitment and payment is due the day of use.

Weekly

$300 (5 days)

The weekly rate gives access to the shared office space for 5 out of 7 days in a week. There is no commitment and additional discounts can be negotiated for anyone interested in running groups.

Monthly

$1,000 (20 days per month)

$800 (less than 20 days per month)

AWC monthly rate has 2 options full-time and part-time. Rates are inclusive of utilities, internet, supplies etc. Monthly rates are also no-commitment.

Sublease

$800

You can also sublease from AWC which requires a lease agreement. The sublease agreement is an annual lease agreement. The rate of sublease is also inclusive and payment is due the first of the month.
